Classic Articles
Our intention in this section is to introduce readers to what we consider landmark or paradigmatic articles published in the journal. They are ‘classic’ because we have pulled them out of the vaults of the journal archive which stretches back nearly forty years. They give fascinating insights into the intellectual and political life of the journal as it developed. We also consider them classic because they made, and still make, a really important impact on the intellectual life of the journal, the field of Left geography and possibly beyond. They have been read, reread, often multiply cited and deserve to be read again today. We will choose around 2 or 3 every year. If you have any suggestions for articles that you think deserve to be in this section please get in touch.
